in 2022 - GESSS-WA was held at the picturesque campus of the University of Western Australia. With fantastic talks from all presenters, supported by a of a strong showing of audience both from academic and industry circles.

2021 - GESSS-WA was held at Curtin University. A great meeting with very interesting talks that attracted a lot of students and industry partners.
October 12-16
2020 - GESSS-WA was held virtually during a week-long event featuring different states. Nine student presentations were given online and were followed by an in-person sundowner at Curtin University.

2019 saw the second GESSS-WA conference held at Curtin University with an icebreaker quiz night and a field trip to Cottesloe.

2018 GESSS-WA held the first of the Western Australian GESSS series at The University of Western Australia.

2017 saw the first GESSS series, successfully held in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania.
